What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Are any purchases final sale?

Considering that most of our products are custom made we are unable to accept returns on certain items. This being said, we will try our best to accommodate and satisfy all of our clients. Send us an email and we will look into it.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. We use Canada Post and we will send you the tracking number once the order is shipped. Your order should be out of our shop within 15 days of ordering it.
